Built-in compass is on top of the casing, for protection against mechanical damage (scratches, chipping) and rainfall is covered by a special cover (leans on the body during use). Compass scale (with backlight) and azimuth grid (milliradian, the price of division 5 milliradians) located in the lower part of the visual field of the right eyepiece. Illumination is performed from two elements of type LR44, AG13, 357A total voltage of 3V. In case there is an additional container for spare batteries.
High-aperture lenses ensure clear images even under insufficient light conditions (e.g. dawn or dusk). Since the scale of the compass and azimuth grid located in the right eyepiece field of view of the observer, the light transmission of the right channel a little lower (83%) than the free left (90%). The overall level of light transmission of the device is very high and corresponds to the level of the binoculars in the premium class. Resolution not less than 4.5 arc-seconds.
